Minimum acceptance level reached regarding the voluntary cash offer by EG Norge AS to acquire all shares in Ørn Software

EG has received acceptances from shareholders representing more than 90% of the issued and outstanding share capital and voting rights of Ørn Software.

Completion of the Offer remains subject to all outstanding closing conditions.
