EG acquires Easoft Group Oy a fast-growing software provider for the construction industry in Finland
EG, a leading software company in the Nordics, is further expanding its software portfolio for the construction industry in Finland.
EG acquires the Finnish software company Easoft, who delivers software helping construction companies increase efficiency while maintaining quality. The Easoft product portfolio helps manage projects, track inventory, optimize scheduling, handle documents, improve overall workflow, and more.
"This strategic acquisition broadens our construction software portfolio in Finland to include software addressing small and medium-sized companies" says CEO Mikkel Bardram, EG.
Easoft marks the 7th acquisition EG has done in Finland over the last 5 years, and with Easoft, EG will have more than 300 employees in Finland. Easoft is also established in Sweden and will continue to address the Swedish market with its offering.

EG signed the agreement to acquire Easoft on November 10, 2024. The transaction is expected to close by the end of Q4.
